We’re open Monday 14 March for the Labour day public holiday.

The Centre will be operating on public holiday hours, 8am-6pm.

Women’s Health Seminar: Perimenopause & Menopause Wellbeing

Join us for an empowering evening dedicated to women’s wellbeing with PARC!

⭐️ Wednesday 12 November, 7:30pm
⭐️ Chisholm Tafe, next door to PARC. Auditorium level 1
⭐️ Free for PARC members

Two incredible guest speakers – Nutritionist Ali Tehan and GP Dr Shaminder Kaur – will share insights to help you better understand and manage the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.

💙 Ali Tehan will explore how nutrition can support hormonal balance, energy, and mood.
💙 Dr Shaminder Kaur will discuss symptoms, treatments, and the medical side of menopause, helping you feel informed and confident through this stage of life.

This session is open to all PARC members, and yes, men are welcome too!

Last weekend at PARC, we were proud to host Restart a Heart Day – a community event dedicated to raising awareness about cardiac arrest and empowering people with lifesaving CPR skills.

Led by the passionate team from Monash University Paramedicine, our foyer was buzzing with learning and energy as visitors discovered how to CALL, PUSH, SHOCK – the three simple steps that can save a life.

With only 1 in 10 people surviving a cardiac arrest, every bit of awareness and education makes a difference.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and learnt a new skill. And thank you to our friends at Monash Uni for making it happen here at PARC.
