Operating Hours
Centre: 7am – 7pm
Waterslides – 10am – 6pm
Café: 8am – 5pm
PARC Swim – No Lessons

Studio 1 & 2 upgrade works

Group Exercise – Studios 1 and 2 will be closed over the King’s Birthday long weekend, from Friday 6 June – Monday 9 June for upgrades. Both Studios will reopen on Tuesday 10 June. The maintenance works will ensure that the studio floors are in excellent condition and continue to be safe for everyone to workout on! 

Our Cycle studio and Gym classes will run as normal. You can also check out our New PARC Reformer studio with instructor led and virtual classes. Click here for more information on our new PARC Reformer studio. PARC Plus, our on-demand platform is also available if you are unable to make it in Centre, with hundreds of fitness workouts for you to choose from.

Two incredible guest speakers – Nutritionist Ali Tehan and GP Dr Shaminder Kaur – will share insights to help you better understand and manage the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.

💙 Ali Tehan will explore how nutrition can support hormonal balance, energy, and mood.
💙 Dr Shaminder Kaur will discuss symptoms, treatments, and the medical side of menopause, helping you feel informed and confident through this stage of life.

This session is open to all PARC members, and yes, men are welcome too!

Last weekend at PARC, we were proud to host Restart a Heart Day – a community event dedicated to raising awareness about cardiac arrest and empowering people with lifesaving CPR skills.

Led by the passionate team from Monash University Paramedicine, our foyer was buzzing with learning and energy as visitors discovered how to CALL, PUSH, SHOCK – the three simple steps that can save a life.

With only 1 in 10 people surviving a cardiac arrest, every bit of awareness and education makes a difference.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and learnt a new skill. And thank you to our friends at Monash Uni for making it happen here at PARC.
