It’s the time of year where we start to shake off the winter hibernation and reset. We love Spring at PARC. The days become warmer and brighter, and we welcome a fresh start with the new season. It’s the perfect opportunity to step out of the slower rhythm of winter and focus on movement.  

In the cooler months, it’s normal to slow down, and sometimes our exercise routines match a more relaxed pace. As we head into Spring, now is a good time to check in with yourself and see where you’re at.  

Reset, Refresh and Reconnect 

If you slowed down this winter or just wanting to move more and not sure where to start, our team is here to support you find Your Pace. This year, we’ve been encouraging our members and community to embrace health and wellbeing on your terms, and we’re here to help you set yourself up for Spring.  

What do you want Your Pace to look like for the next few months?  

Resetting Your Pace doesn’t need to be drastic, it can be small tweaks that support you in moving more.  

Maybe you want to focus on building strength and incorporating a resistance training session into your routine. Or it could be practicing more mindfulness, and joining a Yoga or Body Balance class. It might be looking for lower impact exercises and getting in the pool to do some laps.  

We’re here to support you reboot Your Pace this Spring 

If you’re looking to reboot your routine, get motivated, or simply reconnect with how you want to feel, our dedicated PARC team is here to help you do it.

Expression of Interest are still open for our Can Swim 4 Day School Holiday Intensive Program 🏊

This program is for school-aged children with little to no swimming experience or confidence, and will be running during the upcoming September school holidays. 

The program will be delivered in three groups:
- Primary School children aged 5 -10 years old
- Pre-Teen children aged between 10 – 12 years old
- Teenagers aged between 13 – 17 years old, suitable for beginners 

📆 Dates:�Tuesday 29, Wednesday 30 September, Thursday 1 and Friday 2 October 2026 commencing at either 10.30am or 11.15am.
🎟️ Cost: Fully subsidised, thanks to the support of our partner Frankston City Council.

The Feel Good Challenge kicks off on Monday!
