Several areas around the course are being protected and enhanced to support local native vegetation and wildlife habitat. These areas are marked with green stakes and provide important food and shelter for native wildlife.

Golfers may enter these areas to retrieve or play their ball, however buggies, electric buggies and motorised golf carts must remain outside the green staked areas.

Where possible, please leave your buggy on the turf and walk in to play your ball. Thank you for helping us protect these important natural areas and wildlife.

Temporary Local Rules Change – Effective from Saturday 26 September 2026

Please note the following changes to the Temporary Local Rules, effective from Saturday 26th September:

• Preferred lies on the fairway and lift, clean and place in the rough have been removed.
• Players must now play the ball as it lies.

Green Staked Areas (Native Habitat Area)

The green-staked areas will become No Play Zones (NPZs) from Saturday 26 September 2026.

• If your ball enters one of these areas, you must take the nearest point of free relief outside the No Play Zone.
• Exceptions: On the 6th, 14th and 15th holes, a designated drop zone will be provided at the start of the staked area, identified by a blue and white stake. On these holes, relief must be taken at the designated drop zone, within one club-length of the blue and white stake.

Please ensure you are familiar with these changes before commencing your round.

A copy of the current Temporary Local Rules will be displayed on the noticeboard for players to review.

Remember, it is the responsibility of each player to familiarise themselves with all Temporary Local Rules before commencing their round.
