WHAT’S ON AT PARC THESE APRIL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?
Come on down to PARC these school holidays. We have your fun family day sorted with our Aquatic Playground and green Constrictor waterslide. We will also have other exciting activities including face painting, balloon twisting and there may even be a visit from the Easter Bunny (shhhh, it’s a surprise)!

Unfortunately, our famous Splashtown obstacle course is having a rest these school holidays, as we make repairs on some of the elements. We will be back with our full Splashy obstacle course for our Winter School Holiday program, in June.

Our holiday program will run from Monday 11 April – Friday 22 April, excluding Public Holidays.

See you in Centre for a splash!

Have you heard of Habit Stacking? 🤔

It's a great way to add movement into your day by pairing small exercises with habits you already do - helping you be active and achieve 30-20-2, even when life is busy!

You can incorporate simple exercises into your daily task, such as:
- Squats while the kettle boils - turn waiting time into movement time.
- Calf raises while brushing your teeth - two minutes of strength, twice a day.
- Lunges down the hallway - every trip becomes a mini workout.
- Marching on the spot while folding laundry- complete some of your vigorous or moderate exercise every trip.
- Glute squeezes while sitting at your desk - perfect for busy workdays.

Remember, all movement counts 🙌

For more information about 30-20-2, or helpful resources and workouts to get you moving, head to our Digital Hub.
