April Public Holidays – Opening Hours

Wishing you and your family a happy and safe Easter break from everyone at PARC. Thank you for your support over the summer period, and we look forward to seeing you in Centre again soon!    April is a busy month with School Holidays, Easter and the ANZAC Day Public Holiday, so we wanted to provide you with an update on opening hours and operations.   

PARC Centre opening hours:

Friday 15 April  Good Friday  Closed  NA 
Saturday 16 April  Easter Saturday Public Holiday   7AM – 7PM  10AM – 6PM 
Sunday 17 April  Easter Sunday  7AM – 7PM  10AM – 6PM 
Monday 18 April  Easter Monday Public Holiday  7AM – 7PM  10AM – 6PM 
Tuesday 19 April – Friday 22 April  PARC school holiday program  5AM – 9PM    Normal operations  10AM – 7PM 
Monday 25 April  ANZAC Day Public Holiday  1PM – 7PM  1PM-6PM 
PARC Swim: Term 1 2022 lessons end on Thursday 14 April 2022. Term 2 2022 lessons start on Tuesday 26 April 2022.  Café: Will be operating as normal. See hours here. We will also have a school holidays special meal deals for the little ones, check out the menu in Centre!  Creche:  Will be operating as normal during the School Holidays but closed on the Public Holidays. Note – children up to and including 9 years of age can attend during the school Holiday period. 2022 enrolment forms available HERE.  Group Exercise: We will have a limited instructor led timetable available over the Easter long weekend, and no classes on ANZAC Day. We will also be putting on loads more Virtuals to keep you moving over the break. See the timetable HERE.  WHAT’S ON AT PARC THESE APRIL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS? Come on down to PARC these school holidays. We have your fun family day sorted with our Aquatic Playground and green Constrictor waterslide. We will also have other exciting activities including face painting, balloon twisting and there may even be a visit from the Easter Bunny (shhhh, it’s a surprise)!   Unfortunately, our famous Splashtown obstacle course is having a rest these school holidays, as we make repairs on some of the elements. We will be back with our full Splashy obstacle course for our Winter School Holiday program, in June.   Our holiday program will run from Monday 11 April – Friday 22 April, excluding Public Holidays.   See you in Centre for a splash!

It’s the last week of our 30-20-2 Movement Challenge! 

It’s been so amazing to see so many members of our PARC Fam take on the challenge over the last four weeks! If you completed the AMRAP in Week 1, make sure to do it again this week and record your results to get an extra entry into the prize draw.

We are excited to share our digital hub and help you to build more movement into your daily life. Filled with practical tools, our digital hub supports you to understand our weekly activity formula of 30‑20‑2. 

We are making activity more fun, social, accessible and enjoyable, no matter your age, ability or starting point.

It's Aquatic Awareness Week!

This week, our PARC Swim members have been learning lifesaving, water safety skills to continue building their confidence in and around water. Here's a snippet of some of the things they have been learning about this week:

🐟 Water safety in alternate waterways such as rivers and lakes
🐡 Experience swimming in realistic situations outside of class (wearing PJ's and no goggles!)
