Change your Pace at PARC

 Find new ways to keep progressing on your health journey at PARC 

As you set your Pace don’t get stuck in the same old routine. Shake up your health and fitness journey by changing the Pace. Explore new ways to challenge yourself at PARC with a wide variety of options to help you find your perfect Pace.   

  • Connect with others and train with like minded people with our Small Group Training option. Perfect your technique and enjoy personalised programs to help you reach your goals.  
  • Try something new in your routine and progress towards a new personal best! Whether it’s increasing weight, adding more reps, or switching up your exercises, you control your Pace. 
  • Enjoy the benefits of water-based exercise. Check out a Deep Water Running class for a high-intensity yet low-impact cardio session, or dive into lap swimming in our 50m pool for a full-body workout that improves strength and endurance. 
  • Reduce stress and recover with our Warm Water Pool. Recovery is just as important as your movement, and you can unwind and support your muscles recovery with our warm water spa, sauna and steam room.  
  • Explore new ways to exercise.  Embrace change with a wide variety of group exercise classes to keep you engaged. Our instructors offer beginners to advanced options, so starting a new class is easy and enjoyable. You may find something you love. 

Your Pace is about health and wellbeing on your terms, and we believe that your journey is as individual as you are. So, let’s Change the Pace to keep you motivated so you can reach your goals.  As always, our PARC Staff are here to support you all the way.

Congratulations to all of our members who have worked so hard over the last 4 weeks. It's been AMAZING seeing so many members take on the challenge, and achieving their 30-20-2!

Supporting Our Community: Free Period Products available at PARC 

We’re excited to be part of the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places Program, and have two new smart sanitary dispenser's product installed in our change rooms. 

How the dispensers work:

🧡 Products are dispensed free of charge 
🧡 Simply follow the instructions displayed on the front of the machine 
🧡 A short delay between dispenses helps ensure fair access and reduces wastage 

We’re proud to be participating in this program and helping support our community. By providing free access to essential products, we’re ensuring our members and guests can focus on their health and wellbeing without added barriers.
