Our formula is designed so that you can be active anywhere, anytime. We know it can be more difficult to get your movement in when the weather is cooler, so we wanted to share some simple exercises that you can do at home, without any equipment needed.
30-20-2 is all about movement in ways that work for you, so remember:
✅ Moving doesn`t need to be overwhelming. You can break up your exercise into smaller bite size pieces, such as taking ten minutes three times a day to get your movement in.
✅ Everybody`s fitness level and ability is different, so doing altered movements does not have any less of a positive impact.
✅ Prioritising your health and wellbeing goals doesn’t just improve your fitness, it changes how you feel, think, and connect with the world around you.
