Come and try our Small Group Training

Our popular Small Group Training Come & Try session is back this July!

Our Health and Fitness team are excited to support you in reaching your health goals and have organised free sessions for Full Access members to experience Small Group Training.

What is Small Group Training?
Our Small Group Training membership is an ideal personal training option for people who want more accountability with their training and love working out with others. It is an affordable option, and offers support and guidance so you can train with purpose to reach your goals.

Come & Try, Saturday 20 July

Meet the team, workout with a group of like minded people and learn about the benefits of our Small Group Training Membership.

These sessions are open to our Full Access members, and can be booked via our Customer Portal here. Link

At Peninsula Leisure, we know our facilities are more than places to swim, workout, take a class or recover. They’re spaces where people build healthy lifestyles, confidence and connection.

This year, we’re inviting you to take part in a new kind of survey, one that goes beyond facilities and timetables. We want to understand how attending PARC:
