You’re invited to participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey

By participating in the survey you will help us better understand how you use our Centre, and help us to improve your experiences at PARC. We really value your input.

The survey will only take around 8 – 10 minutes to complete.

Survey closing date: The survey is open until Wednesday 11 May.

Confidentiality: This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence.

Prize draw: As an incentive, all completed surveys go into the draw to win a $100 Rebel Sport Voucher. There are three prizes in total to be won. To be in the draw to win, you will need to provide preferred contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.
