Let’s Move for a Better World is back again for 2019. Join us between March 11 – 30 and donate your #MOVES in more ways than ever before!

Our Let’s MOVE campaign is right around the corner and what better way to kick things off than with a party?
Join us in the gym on Tuesday 12th March from 5pm – 8pm for an action packed night including:

  • Brodie Harper to open the party
  • DJ Rangz
  • FREE ASN tastings
  • FREE juice tasting
  • Spin the wheel Spot prizes
  • Skill Run & Row demo’s
  • Special Let’s Move Cycle HIIT class 6:30pm-7:00pm

Not a member? That`s ok! Enjoy our PARC PLUS community access with loads of workouts led by our much loved instructors. It`s available to anyone who wants to be active.
