Whether you’re new to the fun run scene, or a fun run veteran, the running season is officially upon us!

Join PARC ambassador Brodie Harper, and personal trainer and ultra-marathon runner Emma as they talk about what motivates them to run, tips and tricks to help with your running mindset, and how to battle the kilometres.

·      7pm in PARC Creche
·      FREE for members, $18 non-members
·      Non-members can pay via PARC Reception.
