The MY Mount Eliza Run & Fun Festival is back for 2022!

Get your running shoes on and raise money for the Snowdome Foundation by taking part. Hosted at the Mount Eliza Regional Park on Two Bays Road, there are different walks and runs for all fitness levels and fun activities including:
  • 4km, 8km & 12km Quarry trail run
  • 4km All Paws Walk with your pooch
  • Kids sprint for the younger ones
  • Quality food & beverage vendors
  • Family-friendly activities & challenges with prizes and giveaways
  • Silent auction

Meet Rachel, one of our wonderful Group Exercise Class Instructors! 💃🪩

Rachel has been a member at PARC since 2019 and loved it so much that she joined team PARC as an instructor in 2023! She is known for her high energy, bubbly personality and action-packed classes!

You may have caught snippets of her fun and high energy classes on our socials. She teaches both Zumba and Power Zone, and is trained in Zumba, Strong Nation, Zumba/Lift.

Rachel’s classes are always a favourite among our members, so if you get the chance, book into one of her sessions and experience the fun for yourself!

As the weather cools down, we’re making a small change to our waterslide hours.

From this weekend, our raft waterslides will be open on weekends from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

All other operating hours and services will remain the same, including our Aquatic Playground hours.
