Goal Setting:
  • How to set goals and stick to them
  • Do you achieve the goals you set, if not, here’s why..
  • It’s better to approach New Year’s resolutions as attainable goals so Tom will take you through how to set realistic goals that you can achieve.

PARC Swim classes guide your child as they learn to swim in a safe and encouraging environment. Watch your child build the skills and confidence they need to be safer, more competent swimmers.

A PARC Swim membership offers:
– Weekly swim class
– Unlimited access to PARC outside of your lesson for play and practise
Classes from 6 months old to adults
– Assessments each term to assist development and progression
– A uniquely structured program that groups by age and skill level
– Make-up classes if student is unwell or unable to attend

Head down to Frankston Library, where local businesses and organisations will be putting on a fun open day for Frankston teens. Peninsula Leisure will be represented, with our Frankston Skate Park and PINES team there on the day. Participate a mini skate clinic and basketball games as you soak in the amazing atmosphere of the Youth Service Open day. 🎉
