PARC’s 8 Week Challenge is back BIGGER & BETTER in 2022!

Do you want to gain confidence, build momentum in your health goals and feel great? Want to prioritise your health and wellbeing and need a kick start this year?

Then our Small Group Training 8 Week Challenge is for you.

Our next 8 Week Challenge kicks off on Monday 7 February, and includes:

  • An affordable personalised training option 
  • 1 x 60minute Group Training session each week for 8 weeks, allowing you to see and experience progress each week!
  • Connect with your small group to motivate and inspire   
  • Dedicated education portal and support to ensure you are maximising your workouts   
  • Goal setting, complete with body scans if you wish  

The 8 Week Challenge starts on Monday 7 February, and is included for FREE as part of our Small Group Training Membership, which is available to PARC Full Access members at $28 per week.

This Challenge is the perfect program to kick off your Year of Health – take time for you, re-establish healthy habits and build momentum!
