PARC’s 8 Week Challenge is back BIGGER & BETTER in 2022! Do you want to gain confidence, build momentum in your health goals and feel great? Want to prioritise your health and wellbeing and need a kick start this year? Then our Small Group Training 8 Week Challenge is for you. Our next 8 Week Challenge kicks off on Monday 7 February, and includes:
  • An affordable personalised training option 
  • 1 x 60minute Group Training session each week for 8 weeks, allowing you to see and experience progress each week!
  • Connect with your small group to motivate and inspire   
  • Dedicated education portal and support to ensure you are maximising your workouts   
  • Goal setting, complete with body scans if you wish  
The 8 Week Challenge starts on Monday 7 February, and is included for FREE as part of our Small Group Training Membership, which is available to PARC Full Access members at $28 per week. It’s nearly time for our Sweat & Smile Zumba Party! Get ready for the ultimate dance-fitness celebration, on Sunday 17 May from 5pm – 6pm. It’s going to be a night full of fun, smiles and energising, international beats sure to get you moving and grooving. 

The event is free, and open to both casual visitors and PARC members. Bookings are open, so get your spot before they run out!
