PARC and PINES get behind Peninsula Health’s FEB 50 Challenge

We are loving this new health initiative from Peninsula Health…
 
Join us this February and get active to help raise funds for Peninsula Health. The FEB 50 Challenge encourages our community to walk, run, ride (or choose the activity which best suits their needs) to complete 50km this February.
 
Take the challenge

Commit to moving 50km this February by signing up as an individual or team. Let people know you are taking The FEB 50 Challenge.

Track your progress
Track your movements yourself at the end of each day or automatically using an app like Strava.

Make a difference
Ask your family and friends to join you or sponsor your challenge to raise money for Peninsula Health. 

Kick that new years resolution into full swing by taking 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗘𝗕 𝟱𝟬 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲!

Just another friendly reminder for our King's Birthday Public Holiday Opening Hours.

We'll be open Monday 8 June, so come on down for a splash with the family. 

Centre: 7am – 7pm 
Waterslides – 10am – 6pm 
Café - 8am – 5pm 
PARC Swim – No Lessons 
Group Exercise – Studio 1 & 2 will be closed for maintenance works on Monday 8 June. You can view the updated class timetable and details on the Customer Portal. 

Group Exercise:
Classes will run in our Cycle Studio, Reformer Studio and Gym floor on a reduced timetable for the long weekend.  Visit our Xplor Customer Portal or Peninsula Leisure App for details.
Join PARC Fit Run! 🏃

Start your day right and join two of our fabulous trainers, Nic and Emmeline, for a scenic run through the surrounds of Frankston. 

📆 When: Wednesdays at 6am 
📍 Where: Meet outside PARC and enjoy a scenic run through the surrounds of Frankston 
🕞 Duration: 60 minutes 
👟 Fitness Level: PARC Fit Run caters to a variety of run speeds

If you’re looking for personalised support, to get strong, and work out with a supportive group of like-minded people, then our Small Group Training may be the perfect fit for you!

The Challenge is a little over a week in and members and guests have been busy hitting their 30-20-2 and getting their cards stamped.

Aquatic Playground Closure 🚧

Please note the Aquatic Playground will be closed for planned maintenance from Monday 25 May to Tuesday 26 May, and rescheduled to reopen on Wednesday 27 May.
