PINES Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025

Have you been to PINES outdoor pool this summer season? We want to hear from you!  

You are invited to participate in our PINES Customer Satisfaction Survey. This survey should take between 4 and 6 minutes to complete and is available until Sunday 16 March 2025.  

Confidentiality
This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence. 

Prize draw
As an incentive, all completed surveys go into the draw to WIN a $100 Rebel Sport Voucher! To be in the draw to win, you will need to provide preferred contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.

Still buzzing from the Waterfront Festival! 🎡

What an absolutely incredible event! A massive congratulations to our Frankston Skatepark team for pulling off such an massive activation. It was fantastic to see so many local riders on the half pipe, and seeing our community rally around them and enjoying the mini skate lessons!

Rotary Peninsula 2.0`s annual Duck Derby was full of fun and chaos! It was so much fun cheering on our very own duck, Percy and Hydro, to the finish line.

Thank you so much @waterfrontfest for having us! We can’t wait for next year!
