Pines Customer Satisfaction Survey

Have you been to PINES outdoor pool this summer season? We want to hear from you!     You are invited to participate in our Pines Customer Satisfaction Survey. This survey should take between 4 and 6 minutes to complete and is available until Sunday 19 February 2023.     [Complete Survey]   Confidentiality  This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence.    Prize draw  As an incentive, all completed surveys go into the draw to win a $100 Rebel Sport Voucher. To be in the draw to win, you will need to provide preferred contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.    [Complete the survey]   Thank you for your open and honest feedback. Waterslides: 1pm – 6pm
Cafe: 1:30pm – 5:30pm
PARC Swim: No Classes
Group Exercise Classes: No classes. Book a virtual or on demand class via the Customer Portal or Peninsula Leisure Xplor app.

Expect live music from Fresh Frankston, skate and BMX action, community games, giveaways and yes… cake (because you don’t turn 20 every day). We’re also bringing the memories to life with a community photo wall, packed with moments from the past 20 years. You might just spot yourself – or someone you know.
