Pines Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Thank you to our visitors and members who completed our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. The feedback we received is so valuable in helping us to continue to deliver exceptional service and facilities.

Pleasingly, we saw our highest ever overall satisfaction score with 8.43/10.
We also saw increases in the likelihood to recommend and likelihood to visit Pines again next season.

The survey identified areas where we had improved from last season, including our kiosk service and offering, facility cleanliness and maintenance, as well as facility access and lap lane availability.

There were some areas of focus highlighted, including additional programming and events and secure places to store valuables.

We have summarised the key themes of the survey results into an infographic which you can view here PF_APR_Pines CSS 2025_Infographic

Thank you again to those that completed the survey, and if you want to share any feedback with us, please do so by visiting www.parc.peninsulaleisure.com.au/feedback anytime.
