Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend Opening Hours

Monday 10 June Due to a refurbishment of the Group Exercise flooring over the long weekend, Studio 1 and 2 will be closed from Friday 7 – Monday 10 June. There will be a reduced timetable over this period and alternative locations will be in place. Click here to view. We thank you for your understanding with this disruption. Monday 10 June opening hours: Centre hours: 7am – 7pm Waterslides: 10am – 6pm Creche: Closed PARC Swim: No lessons Group Exercise: See revised timetable

Eve got a lovely surprise when she arrived to her Cycle class this week, and found that her bike had been decorated! Shoutout to Sheryl for making her day so special!

It`s Men`s Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day:
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week
😄 Exercise with friends!
