Save the date: Open Day at PARC, Saturday 1 October

Join us at PARC as we celebrate winning Victoria’s best large facility!

See why we won Facility of the Year! 

Everyone is welcome to head down to PARC and enjoy a range of different activities between 8am – 1pm, as well as have a chance to get to know our wonderful crew. We have loads planned, check out all the details below.  

 Come and try the Gym 

Visit our Gym, winner of Health Club of the Year and meet our Health Club team and experience a workout with our state-of-the-art equipment, as well as enjoy:

  • FREE Small Group Personal Training sessions
  • FREE InBody scans and functional movement tests
  • Hydration station, giveaways, DJ…and more!

Come and try Small Group Training 

 We are offering FREE Small Group Training sessions for Full Access members. These 30minute sessions will show you how much fun it is to work out in a group, and demonstrate the benefits of working out with a trainer. Full Access members can register closer to the date via the My PARC app or our website here 

Come and try a Group Exercise class  

We have organised a morning full of different classes for you to come down and try.  

  • 8.15am Powerzone with Joel 
  • 10.30am Active Movers with Nic H 
  • 11.00am Aqua Zumba with Tomoko 
  • 12.00pm Les Mills Mega Class featuring BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, BODYPUMP and BODYBALANCE, with Kristy and Nicki 
  • 12.45pm Reformer Fit Pilates with Aranya 

These classes are running in addition to our usual Saturday timetable, so if you’ve got your weekend routine already, you won’t be impacted.  Book your spot here

Come and try our family friendly pools 

There are lots of fun activities for families to enjoy as well with our school holiday program still running. Complete our Under the Sea Scavenger Hunt for a chance to win a $250 voucher to Enchanted Adventure Gardens, free face painting between 10am – 1pm, and fun take home goodies for kids.   

Come and try our Cafe 

Have you met our awesome Café crew? Not only do they serve delicious coffees, they serve up smiles all day. It’s International Coffee Day, so make sure you come to the Café for some special promo deals and taste tests!  

Come and try PARC 

This open day is free for members and non-members. If you want to have a guided tour around the Facility, we will be running these every 15 minutes between 9.00am and 12.00pm. One of our friendly, experienced Sales Consultants will show you the facilities we have on offer at PARC. The tour covers aquatic areas, Health Club, group exercise studios and Creche – whichever areas you are interested in!   

The details: Our open day is Saturday 1 October between 8am – 1pm, with FREE entry to the Centre. Non-member visitors details will be captured on entry, and if you are using the Gym for the first time, you will need to complete a quick paper-bases health assessment to ensure we can provide you with the support you need.

Prioritise water safety this summer, enrol in swimming lessons for term 1 🏊 

Summer is here, and with it comes plenty of opportunities to enjoy our beautiful beaches, pools, and waterways. It is important that you equip your children with swimming skills so that they can be safer in and around water.

Registrations for the 2025 Birth Tree closing soon, Friday 31 January. 👶🌳

Did you or someone you know welcome a baby in 2025? Now is the time to get their name on the Frankston Birth Tree for 2025! 

Join Rotary Peninsula 2.0 BirthTree and Family Garden and help more children be safer around water. Join the Birth Tree for an investment of $50. For this, you will receive a timeless connection of your loved one in the form of a tree and plaque, but more importantly, these funds go back to PARC and PINES to help more children build confidence in the water. 

By participating in the Birth Tree, your contribution will go directly to funding baby swim programs.

Expressions of Interest are open for our Can Swim Infant Water Familiarisation program 👶 

Participate together with your child and learn the fundamentals of water familiarisation to begin their swimming and water safety journey. This program equips parents with the skills and knowledge to practise in their own time and build essential, foundational skills with their child. 

Who: Children aged 6 months – 2 years 11 months (with a parent/carer in the water)
What: Learn water familiarisation fundamentals and build early safety skills together
When: Mon 23, Wed 25 & Fri 27 February 2026
Sessions: 30 mins at 8:30am or 11:10am
Cost: Fully subsidised

Australia Day public holiday opening hours 

We're open Monday 26 January for the Australia Day public holiday. 

The Centre will be operating on reduced public holiday hours, 

- PARC Centre Hours 7am – 7pm 

- Waterslides open: 10am – 6pm 

- Cafe hours: 8am – 5pm 

- PARC Swim: No lessons on Monday 26 January but resume Tuesday 27 January 

- Group exercise: reduced timetable, see the Customer Portal for class details and to book in.
