The Waterfront Festival is back for 2022!

Strap yourself in for a packed weekend of music, food, rides and entertainment as The Waterfront Festival rocks Frankston Foreshore!

PARC is excited to be partnering with Frankston City Counil for the much-loved summer festival. Returning Saturday February 19, from noon-10pm, and Sunday, February 20, from noon-8pm, the Waterfront Festival will kick off the City’s 2022 event calendar.

Over two jam-packed days, the festival will deliver the best in entertainment, including:
PARC Group Exercise instructors taking the stage to get the crowd moving
Live music from iconic Australian artists
Delicious food and drink for every member of the family
Great range of market stalls, rides and amusements galore.
Free activities and entertainment for kids
Show stopping fireworks Saturday 19 at 9.45pm

Make sure you keep an eye out for the PARC Group Exercise instructors you now and love as they bring the moves and help you get your steps in for the day!

💙 Ali Tehan will explore how nutrition can support hormonal balance, energy, and mood.
💙 Dr Shaminder Kaur will discuss symptoms, treatments, and the medical side of menopause, helping you feel informed and confident through this stage of life.

This session is open to all PARC members, and yes, men are welcome too!

Last weekend at PARC, we were proud to host Restart a Heart Day – a community event dedicated to raising awareness about cardiac arrest and empowering people with lifesaving CPR skills.

Led by the passionate team from Monash University Paramedicine, our foyer was buzzing with learning and energy as visitors discovered how to CALL, PUSH, SHOCK – the three simple steps that can save a life.

With only 1 in 10 people surviving a cardiac arrest, every bit of awareness and education makes a difference.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and learnt a new skill. And thank you to our friends at Monash Uni for making it happen here at PARC.
