Qualifications from the University of Adelaide include Bachelor of Arts (Economics Major), Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Business Research (Commerce). Recipient of the International Company Directors Course Award, Hong Kong 2015 (AICD) and awarded a graduate position in a Bachelor of Laws.
Philip currently holds the roles of Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Corporate and Commercial Services for South East Water Corporation. He is also a director of Iota Services which commercialises innovative utilities related technologies and solutions.
Philip has extensive board experience across the utilities industry including the Water Industry Superannuation Fund and ‘Utility Services’ (a strategic alliance between Thiess, Siemens and South East Water).
Philip’s wealth of knowledge in commercial business & financial management brings strength and guidance to the Peninsula Leisure management team.
Scott brings extensive experience in the leisure industry from greenfield site development to multi-site national facility management. Executive roles have included equity positions providing strategy to private and venture capital funded business from “start-up” to ASX listed exit.
An intrinsic desire to drive healthy, active, & connected communities is supported by a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) from RMIT/Penn State University, and his Master of Business Administration from Monash University Melbourne.
Scott also brings a global business lens with executive education completed at WHU University (Germany), Cheong Kong Graduate Business School (Shanghai), and Sungkyunkwan University (Seoul).
Rob has been a member of the Australian Institute for Company Directors (AICD) since 1997, including serving on the AICD Board in Queensland from 2000 to 2004.
Rob has been involved in the technology industry for over 40 years. He has extensive executive experience most notably as the CEO of Racing Victoria Limited (RVL), CEO of Jupiters Limited a public company with diverse interests in tourism and leisure and CEO of AWA Limited with company interests ranging across the entire spectrum of communications and technology.
He is currently Chair of the Advisory Board of Sportsbet Pty Ltd., Chair of ASX Listed USA based Candy Club Holdings, Chair of World of Difference a Humanitarian Travel Business, International Service Director for Rotary Central Melbourne and a Director of the Sporting Chance Cancer Foundation.
Paul is currently the Vice President/ Country Manager for leading global consumer brand- Mattel. Prior to joining Mattel in June 2018, Paul had a 20+year career with NIKE Inc. spanning roles across Australia, the United States and Asia, completing his last assignment in 2017 as Vice President and General Manager for NIKE South East Asia.
Paul returned to Australia in late 2017 as partner in the business growth consultancy- Bold Works. He remains a non-executive partner in this business today after completing assignments including Head of Commercial- China at the Australian Football League, Head of India Strategy for the Richmond Football Club and several other assignments in the Retail sector.
An accomplished and results oriented commercial and retail professional, Paul has experience in driving $500M+complex businesses throughout Australia and Asia while also serving on boards ranging from industry associations and small to medium sized enterprises. He is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Tim joined Peninsula Leisure as the Chief Executive Officer after an extensive career within sport, recreation and community industries, serving in CEO and executive commercial, marketing and facility management capacities.
While working for two state sporting organisations he played a key role in securing funding for the development of two key facilities, the Victorian Cricket and Community Centre (Cricket Victoria) and Valentine Sports Park (Football NSW).
Tim has a deep understanding of commercial and community engagement best practice and helped to successfully integrate the Melbourne KFC Big Bash League teams with the cricket and broader community, highlighting the power of sport to engage and activate communities.
As a finance professional, Ian draws on more than 25 years of experience within industries such as professional services, not-for-profits and incorporated associations.
More than just financial management, Ian has a proven experience in expanding companies into new markets, nationally and internationally, as well as facilitating the planning, development and implementation of finance and IT operating systems and meeting industry standards and statutory compliance requirements within the Australian marketplace.
At Peninsula Leisure, Ian is part of the Executive Management Team and well qualified to head up the critically important functions including financial management, administration and financial controlling.
With 27 years’ experience in the aquatic and leisure industry, Simon brings a wealth of practical experience to his position as General Manager of Facility Operations at Peninsula Leisure. This experience includes service at PARC, Casey RACE and Casey ARC, as well as Dandenong Oasis. As a former member of the Australian Swimming Team, Simon has a life-long affiliation with sports and swimming, and has built a career on understanding customers in the context of the business of health and recreation.
Rebecca is a HR professional with a Bachelor of Business Degree (HR/IR) and a strong work history in the hospitality, events, retail, entertainment and fitness industries. Rebecca’s experience in HR has been broad-based, with excellent exposure to employee engagement, performance and talent management programs.
