Seniors Festival at PARC

Celebrating Seniors at PARC this October 

 

The Frankston Seniors Festival is a month-long festival which offers a wide range of free and low-cost activities to older adults in our community.  It’s an opportunity to connect with others whilst getting out and about in the local community. 

 

All seniors are VIPs this October at PARC, with exclusive access to a range of free activities – whether they are a PARC member or not.  

 

Tai Chi, PARC Movers, and complimentary access to PARC on the 20th of October is on the program.

The much-loved My Movement Challenge is back at PARC 🏃‍♀️

Whether you’re training for a marathon, wanting to increase your fitness, rehabbing an injury, or simply wanting to get to get more movement in so you feel good, we want to help keep you motivated this winter. Join us for four weeks of fun PACE themed challenges to help change up your pace and keep you motivated.

The My Movement Challenge kicks off on Monday 12 May, so be sure to grab your card and progress towards success with your Pace this winter!
