INTRODUCING: Les Mills on demand in our Cycle Studio

At PARC, we’re all about enhancing your health and fitness experience and making it as convenient and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’re excited to announce a brand-new addition to our facility: Les Mills On Demand classes in our Cycle Studio!

Starting today, every member has the opportunity to walk into our Cycle Studio and dive into a world of Les Mills cycle classes using the iPad fixed on the wall. It’s as easy as walking in and popping on your favoritefavourite class!

Here’s how it works:

Walk-In and select a class: Between 12pm – 3pm every day you are in control! Just step into our Cycle Studio, and you’ll find an iPad fixed on the wall. You then get to choose from a variety of Les Mills On Demand Cycle classes including RPM, Sprint or The Trip. You’re in control – choose the class that suits your mood, energy level, and fitness goals.

First In, Best Dressed: This service is available every day between 12pm and 3pm, and during this time our Cycle Studio is open for your convenience. As we embrace this new way of enjoying Les Mills classes, it’s a first-come, first-served system. No reservations needed, but if you arrive and there is a class on please just join in or wait for the current class to finish, and then you can hop on the bike and start your Les Mills session.

All other classes are available via the Customer Portal: Les Mills On Demand in the Cycle Studio is all about spontaneous workouts and flexibility, but our Customer Portal remains your go-to resource for planning and reserving your spots in other classes.

This new feature not only provides flexibility but also ensure the usual ‘down time’ in the Cycle Studio is maximised for our members.

So, why wait? Come on in and get ready to pedal, sweat, and feel the burn with Les Mills On Demand at PARC. Your fitness journey just got a whole lot more versatile and accessible!

Get ready to ride with Les Mills On Demand at PARC! (don’t pardon the pun!)
