Pines Customer Satisfaction Survey Results, Summer Season 23/24

Thank you to both our visitors and members for taking the time to participate in our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback is so valuable, guiding our commitment to maintain outstanding service and facilities. 

We have summarised the results into an infographic, which you can download HERE. 

What’s working well:

  • Likelihood to visit again next season = 8.84 / 10
  • Likelihood to recommend PINES = 8.28 / 10
  • Overall satisfaction with Pines = 7.86 / 10
  • Ease of access to get in and out of the facility = 8.5 / 10
  • Knowledge and helpfulness of Pines staff = 8.5 / 10

Areas for our attention and consideration:

We loved joining the Seniors Day event at Karingal Hub Shopping Centre, and building meaningful connections with our local seniors.
