Pleasingly, we saw an overall increase in the likelihood to recommend and the likelihood to visit Pines again next season.
You let us know where we had improved from last season, and we were thrilled to see big jumps in metrics relating to our kiosk service and offering, safety and security (yay, new lockers!), as well as our booking system for group bookings.
We also learnt which areas require more attention, including opening hours of the facility and presentation.
