We would like your permission to photograph and/or film you/your child and or relative for possible inclusion in our publications, on our website, Facebook page, Instagram account and in other publicity and marketing material.

The image(s) and video film will remain the property of Peninsula Leisure and will be used for the designed purpose of promoting Peninsula Leisure. Your details, and or your child’s or relatives contact details will remain private and strictly confidential.
