This October, we’re partnering with Frankston City Council to celebrate Frankston’s thriving over-60s community with a month-long festival packed full of opportunities to get happy, healthy and connected. Whether you’re a PARC member or visiting for the first time, this is your chance to join in on the fun with free group exercise classes and a special café treat throughout the month.
