Join us for an empowering evening dedicated to women’s wellbeing at our Women’s Health Seminar: Perimenopause and Menopause Wellbeing, on Wednesday 12 November at 7:30pm at Chisolm Tafe, next door to PARC.
This free member-exclusive event brings together two expert speakers – Nutritionist Ali Tehan and GP Dr Shaminder Kaur – to explore how women can navigate the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause with confidence and knowledge.
Nutrition and menopause with Ali Tehan
Accredited Nutritionist Ali Tehan will share how nutrition plays a vital role in supporting hormonal balance, energy, and mood throughout perimenopause and menopause. Learn practical, evidence-based tips on using food to reduce symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue, and weight fluctuations, and discover how nourishing your body can help you thrive during this life stage.
Medical insights with Dr Shaminder Kaur
Dr Shaminder Kaur, a British-trained General Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, will unpack the medical side of menopause. A member of the Australian Menopause Society, Dr Kaur will discuss common symptoms, treatment options, and hormonal changes, providing a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body. She’ll also answer your questions to help demystify this important stage of life.
