PARC Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The results are in! Thank you for participating in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. We are so grateful for your open and honest comments, and for taking the time to provide feedback on your experiences with us. We received some really positive feedback, with 8.9/10 overall satisfaction with PARC, and 8.8/10 satisfaction with our facility. The survey results are vital in helping us provide the best possible service and experience at PARC, highlighting what you love, as well as areas we can focus on. Eve got a lovely surprise when she arrived to her Cycle class this week, and found that her bike had been decorated! Shoutout to Sheryl for making her day so special!

It`s Men`s Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day:
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week
😄 Exercise with friends!
