PARC Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The results are in! Thank you for participating in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. We are so grateful for your open and honest comments, and for taking the time to provide feedback on your experiences with us. We received some really positive feedback, with 8.9/10 overall satisfaction with PARC, and 8.8/10 satisfaction with our facility. The survey results are vital in helping us provide the best possible service and experience at PARC, highlighting what you love, as well as areas we can focus on. Come down to Cruden Farm on Sunday 12 April from 10am-3pm, and enjoy a day out of family fun at Party in the Park! Spark your imagination by dressing up as your favourite superhero character, and enjoy a range of free activities, rides, and entertainment.
