PARC Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The results are in! Thank you for participating in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. We are so grateful for your open and honest comments, and for taking the time to provide feedback on your experiences with us. We received some really positive feedback, with 8.9/10 overall satisfaction with PARC, and 8.8/10 satisfaction with our facility. The survey results are vital in helping us provide the best possible service and experience at PARC, highlighting what you love, as well as areas we can focus on. Are you coming to @frankston_skatepark`s 20th Anniversary this Saturday? 🎂🛹

Expect live music from Fresh Frankston, skate and BMX action, community games, giveaways and yes… cake (because you don’t turn 20 every day). We’re also bringing the memories to life with a community photo wall, packed with moments from the past 20 years. You might just spot yourself – or someone you know.

🎉 When: Saturday 18 April 2026, 12pm – 4pm
🛴 Where: Frankston Skate Park
🎈 Cost: Free. The event is open to everyone, with no bookings required.

Whether you’ve grown up at the park or are just keen to soak up the atmosphere, bring your board, scooter or bike and be part of the celebration.
