Customer Satisfaction Survey – We’d love your feedback!

You’re invited to participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey

Our Customer Satisfaction Survey is open to all members and visitors of PARC, and by participating in this survey, you will help us continue to improve our services, facilities and experiences here at PARC.

The survey will only take around 10 minutes to complete and is open until Sunday 27 October.

Confidentiality: This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence.

Prize draw: All completed surveys go into the draw to win 1 of 3 $100 Rebel Sport vouchers! To be in the draw to win, you will need to provide preferred contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.

Thank you for your open and honest feedback. It is so valuable in helping us improve our facility for you, and the entire community.
