Welcome to 2025!  

As we step into the new year, we’re excited to introduce our 2025 theme: At your PACE with PARC. Building on the foundation of Your People, Your Purpose, Your Place, this year’s theme encourages you to embrace health and wellbeing on your terms. At PARC, we believe health and wellbeing are as individual as you are – and we’re here to help you find what works best for you.

At PARC, we offer a range of options to match your rhythm. Whether you’re seeking the high-energy vibes of Powerzone, the meditative flow of Pilates, or a rejuvenating soak in our spa, you’ll find exactly what you need to progress at your pace. Whatever your goals, find your unique fit with us. 

This year, it’s all about progression – your way.  

Here’s a few tips to help you find your pace at PARC:

  • Discover the activities that speak to you
    Explore our diverse range of services and programs and find what resonates with you. Not a runner? Dive in for a swim. Need relaxation? Carve out some time for yourself in the spa. Your journey, your rules.
  • Celebrate your wins
    No milestone is too small. Whether it’s taking your first step into the gym, going from walking the warm water pool to running in the water, mastering a new stretch or pose in yoga, or hitting a new personal best, every achievement deserves recognition. It’s not about being perfect, its all about progressing – just move forward – at your own pace.
  • Stay supported
    At PARC, our team is here to cheer you on, offer expert advice, and help you stay motivated. Some people like lots of help and connection with others. Whereas some people like to put their headphones on and workout alone. And that is fine. You do you, and we will be there whatever you need.

Simply grab a card from Reception, attend PARC and get a stamp each time you attend. Attend 12 times over the 4 weeks between Monday 12 May to Sunday 8 June, and go into the draw to win 1 of 100 limited edition PARC beanies.

Frankston Skate Park Family Fun Day 🛹 
 
in collaboration with South side Fest, Frankston Skate Park are having a Family Fun Day. Come on down for free skate clinics, free skateboard and equipment hire. Plus, a community sausage sizzle.

Whether you’re training for a marathon, wanting to increase your fitness, rehabbing an injury, or simply wanting to get to get more movement in so you feel good, we want to help keep you motivated this winter.
