Diving In for local health – A splash of support for Peninsula Health

Father’s Day at PARC was extra special this year – not just because of all the fun and family bonding, but also because we had the chance to give back to an important cause right here in our community!

We’re excited to announce that, thanks to everyone who enjoyed a splash at PARC on Father’s Day, we were able to donate $1,051 to Peninsula Health. That’s 20% of our casual pool entry fees from Sunday, 1st September 2024, are going straight toward helping support local prostate cancer services through Peninsula Health.

This donation will help Peninsula Health in acquiring essential equipment for the early detection of prostate cancer, giving our local dads (and all men!) the best possible chance at early diagnosis and better health outcomes.

It’s partnerships like these that really show what we can achieve when we come together as a community. We’re so proud to be able to contribute and work alongside Peninsula Health to make a difference in people’s lives.

Thank you to everyone who visited us on Father’s Day – your swim made a splash in more ways than one!

Spring is in the air and summer is on it`s way. Get ready for warmer days by the pool or beach with upcoming Can Swim programs for adults, infants, school aged children and beachgoers.

Can Swim offers free swimming and water safety programs for the Frankston community, helping you build confidence in and around the water and develop essential skills to enjoy summer safely.

Fully Subsidised September Programs include:
– 3 Day Infant Water Familiarisation Program
– 4 Day School Holiday Intensive Program
– Drop In Family Water Safety Sessions

These programs are designed for people who cannot swim or who have not had the opportunity to participate in swimming lessons. Find out which programs are coming up and express your interest via the link in our bio.

– Our state-of-the-art gym floor
– Hundreds of group exercise classes, including access to our dedicated PARC Reformer Pilates Studio
– Unlimited access to our pools, incl water playground and slides
– Community access to PARC Plus
– And more!

Active Life members have access to PARC from 5am-4pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. To learn more, speak to a member of our friendly Sales team, or head to our website.
