Find your WHY with PARC.

Why is being healthy important to you? Why do you carve out time to prioritise your health? Earlier this year we asked our members this question. We asked you what your health goals were, and what motivated you to come to PARC each week.

We absolutely loved reading your responses, as it reminded us WHY we come to work every day – to support you in your health goals. We read every response and some key motivation themes emerged:

  • Recovery 
  • Mental Health
  • Look better, feel better
  • Age concerns
  • Consistency

🛠 Male Upstairs Change Rooms Closure 🛠

As part of our tiling replacement project, the Male Upstairs Change Rooms will be closed for approximately 2 weeks, from Monday 17 March until Tuesday 1 April.

Where to go? Male members can use the Main Male Change Rooms downstairs during this period.

The survey should take between 4 and 6 minutes to complete and is open until this Sunday 16 March 2025. All completed surveys will go into the draw to win a $100 Rebel Sport voucher, with the winner notified by email.

⏱ Centre hours: 7am-7pm
🛝 Waterslide open: 10am – 6pm
☕️ Cafe hours: 8am – 5pm
🏋️‍♀️ Group exercise: reduced timetable, see the Customer Portal or Xplor Peninsula Leisure app for class details and to book in.

Our sister site PINES is also open from 8am – 6pm. 🌲
