Kings Birthday Long Weekend – Studio Closures

Excuse us while we improve things for you!  

Studios 1 and 2 will be closed over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend, from Friday 7 June – Monday 10 June for upgrades.

We have worked to minimise disruptions to group exercise classes, and have organised extra classes to be run on the Gym floor, and in our Childcare. 
You can also check out PARC Plus, our on demand platform with hundreds of fitness workouts for you to choose from.

Please view your Customer Portal for the updated class timetable and details.  

Thanks for your understanding, and we can’t wait for you to check out the new floor surface when we’re done!

Eve got a lovely surprise when she arrived to her Cycle class this week, and found that her bike had been decorated! Shoutout to Sheryl for making her day so special!

It`s Men`s Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day:
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week
😄 Exercise with friends!
