Latest Covid-19 Restrictions Update from PARC and Pines

Following the Victorian Government announcement yesterday afternoon (Monday 26th October), we’re able to confirm the following updates from Wednesday 28th October.

1. Outdoor Group Exercise can start!

Yes! We can open our Outdoor Group Exercise classes for up to ten people from tomorrow! We’ve been working so hard behind the scenes to be ready for this launch. Visit our Outdoor Group Exercise website page for all booking information. Get in quick to avoid disappointment.

2. Increase capacity at Outdoor Pools

We’ve conducted a full health & safety review of our capacity at Pines and our Operations team has determined the maximum safe capacity we can offer is up to 36 people. Bookings will open from Wednesday this week to this new capacity. Visit the Pines Forest Aquatic Centre website for more information.

3. Additional Aquatic services

Under the updated restrictions we’re still reviewing any additional Aquatic services relating to community exclusive use and Learn to Swim in outdoor pools. We will provide further updates on this as soon as we can.

4. Potential re-open 9th Nov

We’re currently seeking clarity on other restriction updates and how they relate to the PARC facility opening on 9th Nov. We will keep you updated as soon as we know more, so watch this space!  Follow the PARC Facebook and Instagram pages for immediate updates!

Bookings for Splash Island now open! 🍂

Book your spot on our giant, inflatable obstacle course, Splash Island! Slip and slide your way down its slopes, and tiptoe across balance beams – it’s the perfect aquatic challenge for adults and kids alike!

📅 Dates: Tuesday 7 April – Friday 17 April.
🕒 Time: Weekdays: 11:00am – 3:00pm (last session 2:30pm)
🤩 Cost: $6.50 per person (for Splash Island, plus pool entry)
🎟️ Bookings: Required for Splash Island—reserve your spot through PARC’s Customer Portal.

The term is over and so the fun begins! Bring the whole family down to PARC for a swim this long-weekend, and don`t forget to check out everything we have in store next week when our school holiday program kicks off on Tuesday!

We are closed for the Good Friday Public Holiday 🐣

Just a friendly reminder that we are closed on Friday 3 April. reopening on for the Easter long weekend with adjusted opening hours on Easter Sunday, and Monday.

Please be sure to check our website before your visit, to see a full list of our opening hours, as well as any alterations to operations over this time.

Rotary Peninsula 2.0 2025 Birth Tree Unveiling 🌳💙

The sun was shining, and there was smiles all round at unveiling of the 2025 Rotary Peninsula 2.0 Birth Tree and Family Garden on Sunday. It was such an amazing event, and the fact that it fell on Neighbours Day made it even more special!

A huge thank you to @rotarypeninsula for their ongoing support of our Can Swim Infant program. Your support helps more local children and families access essential water safety education, bringing us closer to our goal of Every Child in Frankston Can Swim. From those very first water experiences through to building lifelong confidence and skills, your contribution has a lasting impact. Thank you.

Congratulations @birthtree_frankston for another successful year! You can visit the 2025 birth tree and plaque at Montague Park in Frankston.
