Main Pool Hall access impacted during peak periods

We are only allowed 100 people in the Main Pool Hall at any one time, including spectators. This is limiting access at certain times, including:

  • PARC Swim exclusive use during key lesson times: Recreational and lap swimmers will not have access to the Main Pool Hall on weekdays from 3.45pm until 6.00pm and on weekends from 7.45am to 12.00pm.Please note: PARC Swim continues from 6.00pm – 6.30pm weekdays and this is a peak period, so please be reminded we are under restrictions, and you may need to wait for your entry. For our Swim Parents, please remember that when your lesson concludes, exit the Main Pool Hall quickly. Please exit via the Change Rooms, where you can take the time needed to dress/shower. There is no swimming before or after your class.
  • Wait times over the weekend: We also experienced high demand for our Main Pool Hall between 12.00pm and 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday, which saw us reach our 100 person capacity limit and enforce a lockout, with a one-in-one-out line. We can expect another busy weekend this coming weekend, so please be reminded of this restriction, and factor it into your plans.

We apologise for any inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.

We can’t wait for further easing to be announced, stick with us!

Bright bathers = safer swimmers 🌈🩳

Our PARC Swim team demonstrate that when it comes to swimwear for little ones, the right colour can matter!

🟡 Bright colours like neon orange, pink, yellow or lime green can be easier to spot.
🔵 While some dark or pale colours and may disappear in busy pools or in open water.

As we enter the height of Summer, and more of us in and around water, help your children stand out for all the right reasons!

Go bright, go bold, and stay safer around water!
