Bring a Mum to PARC for FREE this Mother’s Day!

Mother’s day is just around the corner and we have the perfect treat planned for all you amazing Mums out there! Spoil a special Mum in your life by bringing her to PARC this weekend so she can enjoy some ‘me time’. Whether it’s your own amazing Mum or a special mother figure in your life, they are all welcome to enjoy a fun workout, a dip in the pool or even just some relaxation time in the spa. Visit us any time on Friday 6 May – Sunday 8 May, and our friendly reception team will organise the rest! Note – offer is valid for 1 free entry per mum figure when visiting with a paying guest or member.

It's Men's Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day: 
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator 
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week 
😄 Exercise with friends!

Congratulations to all of our members who have worked so hard over the last 4 weeks. It's been AMAZING seeing so many members take on the challenge, and achieving their 30-20-2!
