Join the Movement! PARC’s My Movement Challenge

We’re five months into our 2022 Year of Health and we thought our PARC fam would benefit from a little added motivation and encouragement to build healthy habits in the lead up to winter.

So here it is….. PARC’s My Movement Challenge!

From 16 May to 16 June we want to keep you moving and so if you attend PARC 12 times or more during this time you win a special PARC prize PLUS go into the draw to win one of two 6 month PARC Full Access memberships.

View the competitions terms and conditions here.

How it works

  1. From 16 May when you visit PARC head to reception to collect your ‘My Movement card tracker’ and write down your details. From then make sure you bring the card on every visit.
  2. To validate your visit, present the card to either PARC reception or one of our friendly gym floor trainers to get a stamp before you leave.
  3. Once you’ve got the 12 stamps on different days, take your card to reception to redeem your special prize and the card will be entered into the competition draw to potentially win a membership.

It’s that simple!

Get inspired to keep moving as you can always exercise in a comfortable environment at PARC whatever the weather is doing outside.

Plus, keep an eye out at PARC Café on your visits as there will be some healthy snacks offers for members that are participating in this challenge.

It’s not too late to reinvigorate your commitment to a Year of Health with the PARC My Movement Challenge.  Every move matters on your Year of Health journey!

Did you know Dry Needling/Accupuncture is available from the Compass Allied Health team, located in our Allied Health Suites

Dry needling is a technique where a very fine needle is gently inserted into tight or painful muscles to release “knots” (trigger points). These tight spots can cause pain, stiffness, and reduced movement.

The goal? It help muscles relax, move better, and feel less painful.

Who can benefit?
• Athletes & active people
• Anyone with tight or stiff muscles
• Desk-related neck or back pain
• Headaches, sciatica, jaw pain (TMJ), or joint issues

Curious if dry needling is right for you? Get in touch with Compass Allied Health to book an initial consult with Jack (Giac).
