Join the My Movement Challenge at PARC 8 May – 4 June

  • Maintain consistency as we head into winter
  • Build healthy, happy habits
  • Continue on your Future You Journey, to achieve your best self

Need some inspo to get moving as the days get cooler? Join PARC’s My Movement Challenge to help you create healthy habits, build momentum and stay motivated.

What is the My Movement Challenge?

The My Movement Challenge is all about moving more this May. Simply spell out P.A.R.C each week by focusing on your Progression, Activity, Recovery and CHALLENGE. Get your card stamped to spell out P.A.R.C each week. Get 4 x P.A.R.C’s over the course of the 4 week Challenge period, and achieve your Challenge!

  • P = Progression – take that next step by increasing weight, distance or intensity
  • A = Activity – just move more by increasing duration or visitation
  • R = Recover, Refuel, Refer or Recreate by focusing on your body post workout with an Active Recovery. Re-fuel your body at our awesome Cafe. Refer a friend into the Challenge. Or, take some time for yourself by putting your child in PARC Creche for a little ‘you time’ recreation.
  • C = Challenge – push yourself by trying something new, or by completing the weekly Challenge loaded into the PARC FitApp.
How do I join the Challenge?

It’s easy to participate in our My Movement Challenge. Simply…

  • Grab a card to get started.
  • Come along to PARC between 8 May – 4 June for a swim, group exercise class or workout.
  • Get your card stamped each time you visit with a P for Progression, A for Activity, R for Recovery / Refuel / Referral or Recreate, and C for CHALLENGE!
  • Achieve 4 x P.A.R.C’s and gain a special PARC My Movement Challenge keyring. It’s a limited edition and exclusive to Winter 2023, with only 500 available.
  • Plus, all completed cards go into the draw to WIN 1 of 3 PARC Prize Packs. Just pop your completed card into the barrel at reception for your chance to WIN!

We will also be giving away progression prizes as you attend each week.

Why join the Challenge?

As we head into the cooler months it can be harder to keep yourself motivated on your Future You Journey. By creating the happy, healthy habit of visiting PARC 3 – 4 times per week, you will be in a routine come June and July as the cold sets in! Motivate yourself now, and get your momentum humming!

Plus, all completed cards receive a limited edition My Movement Challenge PARC keyring, and you go into the draw to win 1 of 3 PARC Prize Packs, complete with a $100 PARC voucher, a backpack, and other PARC goodies to keep your Future You goal on track!
