PARC at the Frankston Business Collective’s Health and Wellbeing Summit

On Tuesday 15 October we attended the Frankston Business Collective’s Health and Wellbeing Summit at the beautiful McClelland Art & Sculpture Gallery. It was a fantastic day filled with learning, wellness, and connection.

Our CEO, Kath Thom, kicked off the event with a talk on how we can all lead healthier, happier lives by just making small changes in the workplace. We were really inspired to hear from such inspirational figures in the community talk and run workshops ranging from fitness, mental health, and nutrition.

We even lead a Get Moving session, where we encouraged participants to embrace simple exercises that fit into their busy schedules. It was great to see so many people getting active and learning how to prioritise their health.

The event was a great opportunity to connect with the Frankston business community and explore how we can work together to create a healthier, more active community. We’re excited to continue supporting these efforts and meeting more of the people in our community that make it so special.
