PARC Christmas Appeal 2023

Support families in need this Christmas  

We are proud to support both Frankston’s Young Parent Program and Community Support Frankston’s Christmas hamper drive once again.   

Help us brighten up Christmas for those in our local community in need of support, because everyone deserves a happy Christmas. Please donate gifts and non-perishables to our donation box located at PARC – 16N Cranbourne Road, Frankston VIC 3199.   

At this time of year, it’s important to spare a thought to those who might be doing it tough and help the community. It’s been a hard year for some, so this is a great initiative to give back and help people in need.   

What do I need to do to help? Donate your gifts and non-perishable items to our donation box near reception.  

When: Donations collected through to TBC.  

Where: PARC (corner of Cranbourne Road and Olive Grove, Frankston)  

What to donate: Non-perishable food, toys and other items

Tuesday 3 November Hours:
🕐 Centre: 7am – 7pm
🛝 Waterslides: 10am – 6pm
☕️ Café: 8am – 5pm
🏊 PARC Swim: No lessons
🏋️‍♀️ Group Exercise: Reduced timetable — book your spot via the Customer Portal or the Peninsula Leisure Xplor app.
️ PARC Plus: Keep up your routine over the long weekend with our on demand digital Fitness Platform, PARC Plus.

Come down for some public holiday fun! We can’t wait to see you in the Centre!

Join us in going off social media for a day on 24 October.

This Saturday, on 24 October, we are joining Unplug24, a 24-hour break from social media in solidarity with SmackTalk – an organisation founded by local Wayne Holdsworth to honour his son, Mac, and raise awareness around suicide prevention.

Unplug24 encourages us to step away from social media and reconnect offline to:
🔌 Protect mental health
🔌 Raise awareness to prevent suicide
🔌 Support vital education and awareness programs

Let’s join together and unplug from all social media for the day – at work and at home – to show our support for this important cause.

After 8 years as a member, and now an instructor for over a year, Fiona is passionate about bringing energy, fun and encouragement to every class. She wants everyone to feel comfortable trying new things, challenging themselves and seeing what they can achieve while enjoying the journey in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Fiona teaches:
🧘‍♀️ BodyBalance; For members looking to strengthen the entire body and leave class feeling calm and centred.
⚡️ BodyCombat; Perfect for members looking to train the whole body, and get fit, fast and strong. A high-energy, non-contact, martial arts inspired workout, suitable for all fitness levels.
