PARC Customer Satisfaction Survey results – May 2024 

Thank you to all our members and guests who completed our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback is essential in helping us to continue to deliver exceptional experiences, programs and services here at PARC. 

We have reviewed your feedback, and below is an infographic summary of the results.  
Pleasingly, we saw increases across most areas, including quality of the facility, safety of the facility and the likelihood to continue your PARC membership. We loved seeing that when you think of PARC, “FRIENDLY” and “FUN” are the top words that come to mind, across all membership and casual visitor categories.  

Our last survey also identified areas for us to concentrate our efforts on. Pleasingly your rating across these focus areas improved from the last survey, in particular access and quality of gym equipment, maintenance and cleanliness and PARC Swim Success.  

Areas for focus identified in this survey include consistency, our booking system, and challenges with the car park. You can learn more about what we are doing to improve in these areas in the results infographic.

Supporting Our Community: Free Period Products available at PARC 

We’re excited to be part of the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places Program, and have two new smart sanitary dispenser's product installed in our change rooms. 

How the dispensers work:

🧡 Products are dispensed free of charge 
🧡 Simply follow the instructions displayed on the front of the machine 
🧡 A short delay between dispenses helps ensure fair access and reduces wastage 

We’re proud to be participating in this program and helping support our community. By providing free access to essential products, we’re ensuring our members and guests can focus on their health and wellbeing without added barriers.

It’s the last week of our 30-20-2 Movement Challenge! 

It’s been so amazing to see so many members of our PARC Fam take on the challenge over the last four weeks! If you completed the AMRAP in Week 1, make sure to do it again this week and record your results to get an extra entry into the prize draw.

We are excited to share our digital hub and help you to build more movement into your daily life. Filled with practical tools, our digital hub supports you to understand our weekly activity formula of 30‑20‑2. 

We are making activity more fun, social, accessible and enjoyable, no matter your age, ability or starting point. 

To support you in moving more, we have put together helpful tools:
