PARC Customer Satisfaction Survey results – October 2024

Thank you to all our members and guests who participated in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback is crucial in helping us enhance the exceptional experiences, programs, and services we offer at PARC.

We have reviewed your feedback, and HERE is an infographic summary of the results.  

Pleasingly, we saw increases in: 

  • Overall satisfaction with PARC
  • Overall likelihood to recommend PARC
  • Overall Communication Satisfaction
  • Overall Facilities Satisfaction
  • Feelings of safety, comfort and or support from lifeguards
  • op word recall when you think of PARC: FIT FUN FRIENDLY CONVENIENT CLEAN

Areas for focus identified in this survey include availability and access to aquatic facilities, and aquatic specific group exercise classes. You can learn more about what we are doing to improve in these areas in the results infographic.

Get safer for summer ☀️ 🏊
Spring is in the air and summer is on it`s way. Get ready for warmer days by the pool or beach with upcoming Can Swim programs for adults, infants, school aged children and beachgoers.

Can Swim offers free swimming and water safety programs for the Frankston community, helping you build confidence in and around the water and develop essential skills to enjoy summer safely.

Fully Subsidised September Programs include:
– 3 Day Infant Water Familiarisation Program
– 4 Day School Holiday Intensive Program
– Drop In Family Water Safety Sessions

These programs are designed for people who cannot swim or who have not had the opportunity to participate in swimming lessons. Find out which programs are coming up and express your interest via the link in our bio.

Our Active Life membership is for people over 60, and gives you access to:
– Our state-of-the-art gym floor
– Hundreds of group exercise classes, including access to our dedicated PARC Reformer Pilates Studio
– Unlimited access to our pools, incl water playground and slides
– Community access to PARC Plus
– And more!

Active Life members have access to PARC from 5am-4pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. To learn more, speak to a member of our friendly Sales team, or head to our website.
