PARC Fit Outdoor is back!

With the further easing of coronavirus restriction, we can now get together with 20 of our friends and workout outside. And here at PARC that means one thing… PARC Fit Outdoor is back! PARC Fit Outdoor is group exercise training sessions, delivered by PARC’s experienced Personal Trainers. Set in the beautiful surrounds of Frankston, join a group of 20 workout buddies each week for a 55 minute training session focused on staying active, building strength and fitness, and connecting with and motivating each other. What’s included?
  • Choice of over 20 groups throughout the week, so select a time, trainer and location that suits you
  • 55minute session with one of PARC’s experienced Personal Trainers
  • Group session with minimum of 6, maximum of 20 people
  • Workout stations set out to ensure social distancing while you exercise
  • Equipment provided, plus free Booty Band to take home (equipment sanitised before and after every session).
Cost
  • $9.90 per session, per person
  • Open to both PARC and non-PARC members

👑 King's Birthday Public Holiday Opening Hours 👑

Café - 8am – 5pm 
PARC Swim – No Lessons 
Group Exercise – Studio 1 & 2 will be closed for maintenance works on Monday 8 June. You can view the updated class timetable and details on the Customer Portal. 

Group Exercise:
Classes will run in our Cycle Studio, Reformer Studio and Gym floor on a reduced timetable for the long weekend.  Visit our Xplor Customer Portal or Peninsula Leisure App for details.
Aquatic Playground Closure 🚧

Please note the Aquatic Playground will be closed for planned maintenance from Monday 25 May to Tuesday 26 May, and rescheduled to reopen on Wednesday 27 May.

Farewell Julie Jansz 🩵

After 20 dedicated years developing young athletes and nurturing their passion for swimming Julie prepares to step away from her role as Head Coach with Flyers swim team to begin her well-earned retirement.

We wish Julie all the best as she enters this next exciting chapter of life and thank her for the contribution to swimming within our community.
