PARC Health Seminar – Nourish

Join us as Tom, one of our experienced personal trainers here at PARC, educates us on what macronutrients are, what ratio of them is advisable in accordance to your health needs, what Base Metabolic Rate is, the importance of calories and how you can incorporate all of this into your daily and weekly food plan.

 

He will also discuss:

  • Food as a fuel
  • How to fuel and recover from your training
  • The importance of micronutrients
  • Gut health
  • Microbiome
  • Food intolerances/allergies
  • Inflammation
  • Cognitive function
  • Hormonal health
  • Sleep and fatigue.
