PARC Customer and Member Satisfaction Survey

You are invited to participate in our PARC member and user experience survey.  

By participating in this survey, you will help us continue to improve our services, facilities and experiences here at PARC. This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and is open until Sunday 1 June.

Peninsula Leisure is a child-friendly organisation and we want to hear from children as well as adults. If you have children who use PARC, we invite you to involve your children in providing answers to this survey.  

 Confidentiality 

This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence.  

 Prize draw 

As an incentive, all completed surveys go into the draw to win 1 of 3 $100 Rebel Sport Vouchers. To be in the draw to win, you will need to provide preferred contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.

Exciting Announcement – A dedicated Reformer Pilates studio is coming to PARC!

Reformer Pilates is one of our most in-demand services, and we’ve heard your feedback – it’s hard to book into classes. That’s why we’ve taken the time to redesign how we deliver Reformer Pilates and created a purpose-built space just for this service.

What’s in the new PARC Reformer Studio?
– 16 brand new beds, along with new industry-leading equipment
– 10 additional instructor-led classes, totalling 43 classes each week
– The PARC instructors you know and love delivering the expanded timetable
– 4 signature PARC Reformer formats
– Unlimited Virtual Kiosk Classes and On-Demand Access sessions (outside of instructor-led classes)

For our Full Access and Active Life members, access to the new PARC Reformer Studio will be included as an additional membership benefit.

We’re excited to open our new studio in two weeks on Thursday 29 May!
