Keep your Year of Health on track with the 8 Week Challenge!

As the weather starts to cool, do you need a little motivation to keep up your fitness routine? Join our Small Group Training Program, and take part in our proven 8 Week Challenge!  This intensive and personalised program will encourage you on your health journey, and have you walking away feeling great with tailored programs, nutritional tips and recipes, support from our team of expert trainers, and connections!  With our 8 Week Challenge you’ll receive: 
  • An affordable personalised training option  
  • 1 x 60minute Group Training session each week for 8 weeks, allowing you to see and experience progress as you go   
  • Connections, laughs and support with your small group to motivate and inspire    
  • Goal setting, complete with body scans (if you wish)

One week until school holidays start! 🤩

If you’re looking for the ultimate adventure to escape the winter weather, then jump on your rocketship and blast on down to PARC! Our giant inflatable obstacle course, Splash Island, is the perfect school holiday challenge for Aquanauts big and small, with its slippery slopes, slides and balancing beams. 

🚀 Dates: Monday 29 June – Friday 10 July 

💫 Time: Weekdays: 11:00am – 3:00pm (last session 2:30pm) 

🪐 Cost: $6.50 per person (for Splash Island, plus pool entry)

It's Men's Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day: 
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator 
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week 
😄 Exercise with friends!
