We’re open Friday 26 January for the the Australia Day public holiday.
The Centre will be operating on reduced public holiday hours, 8am-6pm.
Unfortunately, we will not be hosting our usual Free Family Friday this week, but our popular event will return next week, Friday 2 February.

Our Women’s Health Seminar last Wednesday was a huge success, with a fantastic turnout. A huge thank you to our speakers, Nutritionist Ali Tehan and GP Dr Shaminder Kaur, for joining us and sharing their knowledge.
One of the key takeaways from the seminar? Resistance and weight training are powerful tools to boost bone health and help women stay strong and resilient through menopause and perimenopause. 💪
